We are currently representing an ambitious and design-focused real estate investment firm based in Luxembourg, known for its innovative approach to the market. Since its creation ten years ago, the company has developed a flat and dynamic structure, and now proudly manages 2 million in assets. They promote art, architecture, and creativity as integral parts of their vision and culture.
Responsibilities
Corporate Secretary - Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day corporate governance tasks including liquidations, dividend distributions, drafting and reviewing board minutes, and document review.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure accurate and timely corporate administration.
- Supporting the team with corporate housekeeping matters across various jurisdictions.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations in Luxembourg and advising on best practices in corporate governance.
- Playing a coordinating role across various departments to support decision-making processes.
- Assisting with complex structuring, compliance and corporate administration issues as they arise.
Profile
Corporate Secretary - To be successful in this role, you should:
- Bring at least 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in corporate secretary functions, ideally within the investment industry in Luxembourg.
- Have a deep understanding of corporate structures and a practical knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements in Luxembourg.
- Be flexible, independent, and comfortable working in a flat, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
- Not necessarily be a qualified lawyer, but must have solid experience in corporate secretarial matters.
- Be fluent in English, and ideally also in Spanish and/or French.
Job Offer
Corporate Secretary - What's in it for you:
- A salary package of up to 85 000€/year with a bonus.
