Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
- Advise on a wide range of financing and capital markets transactions
You will work on cross-border financial deals involving major players in the banking and investment world. This exposure allows you to develop a solid understanding of complex financial instruments and strengthens your legal reasoning in high-stakes environments.
- Draft and negotiate legal documentation
Your role includes drafting contracts and legal opinions, reviewing transaction documents, and participating in negotiations. This will enhance your precision and clarity in written communication and allow you to gain direct experience in managing files from end to end.
- Collaborate with clients and partners on legal strategy
You'll engage directly with clients, aligning legal strategies with business objectives. This hands-on involvement will sharpen your commercial sense and improve your ability to provide tailor-made legal advice.
- Participate in internal knowledge development and training
You'll be involved in internal legal briefings, updates on regulatory changes, and client presentations. This supports your ongoing development while positioning you as a valued contributor to the firm's collective expertise.
Profile
Your Profile
- You have at least 2 years of experience in banking and finance law, ideally gained in a law firm or financial institution.
- You hold a law degree from an EU university; an LL.M. in Banking & Finance is considered a strong asset.
- You demonstrate excellent analytical and drafting skills.
- You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with clients.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken); any additional European language is a plus.
