One of our clients-a fast-growing, independent financial services provider based in Luxembourg city -is looking for an experienced Transfer Agency Manager to join their team. With a strong focus on PE/RE and securitization structures, this boutique-style firm offers a flat hierarchy, a real entrepreneurial mindset, and a people-first culture.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do - Lead with Purpose, Drive with Precision

  • Supervise and coach a team of TA Officers, helping them grow while ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee investor transactions: subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, transfers.
  • Take ownership of AML/KYC controls, register maintenance, and accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (accounting, legal, compliance) and external stakeholders.
  • Improve operational workflows, lead internal projects, and contribute to digital transformation.
  • Be the point of contact for strategic clients and investors.

Profile

Who You Are - Leadership Meets Expertise

  • 7+ years of experience in Transfer Agency, with exposure to PE/RE funds; you either have initial experience as a manager or are a confirmed senior professional.
  • Comfortable in a client-facing environment, professional, solution-oriented, and approachable.
  • Fluent in French and English (any additional language is a plus).
  • Solid knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures (SOPARFI, SPV, RAIF, SIF).
