Responsibilities

Relationship Officer - Your Role :

Manage a portfolio of SOPARFI, holding and commercial companies, giving you broad exposure and client interaction from day one.

  • Gain real insight into corporate structures.
  • Build strong expertise and autonomy quickly.

Handle company incorporations, legal documents, board and general meetings, and liaise with clients and external parties.

  • A varied and client-facing role.
  • Develop your technical and interpersonal skills daily.

Work closely with internal departments (tax, accounting, compliance) for end-to-end client support.

  • A collaborative, transversal team spirit.
  • A holistic view of client management.

Profile

Relationship Officer - Your Profile:

  • 1-3 years' experience in a fiduciary, law firm, or similar.
  • Background in economics, law, finance or accounting.
  • Very good understanding of the balance sheets.
  • Fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus.
  • Proactive, flexible, and eager to take ownership.
  • Comfortable reading a balance sheet and handling basic tax topics.
