Introduction

A fast-growing alternative asset management company based in Luxembourg is looking for an Operations & Transactions Coordinator to strengthen its team.

Active for over 10 years, the firm manages a large portfolio of investments in the Private Equity, Real Estate, and Private Debt sectors, and is recognized for its high-quality client service, collaborative corporate culture, and strong local expertise.

Responsibilities

Operations & Transactions Coordinator - Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client transactions with sponsors, investors, and external advisors.
  • Manage operational documentation: Investment Memorandums, subscription forms, questionnaires, KYC, Operating Memorandums.
  • Assist in drafting reports for investment committees and follow-up meetings (minutes, reporting, KPIs).
  • Monitor compliance, risk, and valuation processes in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Contribute to the setup of new funds, compartments, or specific projects (segregated portfolios, onboarding, etc.).
  • Oversee hedging processes and NAV supervision in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Act as an operational link between legal, tax, finance, and internal control departments.
  • Help create reports for investors and governance bodies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes.

Profile

Operations & Transactions Coordinator - Profile:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or Law (Bachelor's or Master's level).
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar environment (asset management, PSF, management company, middle office, fund administration).
  • Strong knowledge of alternative investment funds (PERE, private debt) and related operational processes.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset, administrative precision, autonomy, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and a solid understanding of internal reporting/workflow tools.
