Responsibilities

Corporate Officer & CRO - Your Role

You will manage a portfolio of 20 to 40 companies, handling corporate and legal tasks such as board and general meeting preparation, drafting of minutes, and legal follow-up.

  • Direct involvement with real client cases and administrative processes.
  • Learn by doing, with a structure that supports learning from day one.
  • You build the confidence and skills to evolve into an autonomous and trusted professional.

You'll liaise with clients, providing support and insights in coordination with the accounting team.

  • Client-facing exposure from the start.
  • Sharpen your communication and technical skills in real-world settings.
  • Position yourself for long-term internal mobility and recognition.

Profile

Corporate Officer & CRO - Your Profile:

  • You have maximum 2 years' experience in a fiduciary or similar environment, managing legal aspects of Soparfi, SARLs, or holding companies.
  • You understand the basics of accounting and tax and can confidently read a balance sheet.
  • You hold a degree in law, economics, or finance.
  • You are fluent in French and English; any other language is a plus.
  • You're looking for stability, structure, and a chance to grow into a well-rounded corporate officer.
