As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking for a Payroll Manager to manage a team of 10 payroll specialists and ensure the smooth, compliant delivery of services across a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

Payroll Manager - Your Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and support a team of 10 payroll professionals
  • Ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for a broad range of corporate clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and service standards
  • Lead process improvements and contribute to strategic payroll initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with the latest legal and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (HR, Finance, Legal)

Profile

Payroll Manager - Your profile :

  • At least 7 years of experience in payroll, including 1+ year in team leadership
  • Proven track record in a fiduciary or service provider environment
  • Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
  • Strong organizational, people management, and communication skills
