Responsibilities

Senior Tax Advisor - Your responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Private Equity and Real Estate (AIF) clients
  • Provide direct tax advice on fund structuring, financing, and cross-border investments
  • Ensure accurate preparation and review of corporate tax returns and related filings
  • Stay up to date with Luxembourg tax laws (e.g. ATAD, DAC6, Pillar II) and ensure compliance
  • Review and supervise the work of juniors and interns, providing guidance and training
  • Support client meetings, tax audits, and communication with tax authorities

Profile

Senior Tax Advisor - Your profile:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Accounting, or Law
  • Have at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally from a Big 4 or tax law firm, working with PE/RE clients
  • Fluent in English with a good command of French (B2 advanced)
  • You're motivated to evolve within a dynamic, forward-thinking firm
  • You value a collaborative team environment and enjoy social moments with your colleagues

Job Offer

Attractive salary up to €68,000 gross per year, €15 meal vouchers per working day and annual performance bonus
