Responsibilities

Banking & Finance Lawyer - Your Role :

  • Advise international clients on a variety of banking and capital markets transactions. You'll work on cross-border matters that sharpen both your legal and commercial mindset.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review financing and transactional documentation, collaborating with lawyers across multiple jurisdictions. This ensures you see the full scope of complex deals, from structuring through execution, and develop true ownership of your work.
  • Engage with a broad client base, from global private equity firms to leading financial institutions. This gives you exposure to high-level stakeholders and strengthens your professional network.

Profile

Banking & Finance Lawyer - Your Profile:

  • Freelance lawyer (independent/self-employed status, able to manage own billing/admin).
  • 4-6 years of experience in a Luxembourg law firm with a focus on Banking, Capital Markets, or transactions.
  • Member of the Luxembourg Bar (List I or List II).
  • Fluent in English; French and/or German are strong assets.
  • Experience in cross-border transactions and comfort in fast-paced international environments.
  • Business-oriented, precise, reliable, and ambitious.
