Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the EU AML team, ensuring seamless cross-border operations.
  • Oversee the creation and updates of the EU AML Manual.
  • Act as primary escalation point for complex AML and regulatory questions.
  • Participate directly in AML reviews and operational tasks when required.
  • Deliver training sessions and drive the team's strategic development.
  • Interpret and implement new legal requirements in line with European standards.

Profile

Your profile

  • Fully qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 3 years' AML experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of European AML frameworks.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
