Responsibilities

Investment Funds Lawyer - Your Role :

  • Advise on fund structuring and regulatory compliance. You'll support domestic and international clients on fund formation, restructuring, and ongoing compliance - gaining technical depth while contributing to strategic projects.
  • Work closely with senior experts and junior colleagues. You'll collaborate within a specialised team and take part in mentoring junior associates, helping to develop your leadership and people skills.
  • Engage in business development. Take an active role in promoting the firm and identifying opportunities for cross-practice collaboration, enhancing both your network and visibility.

Profile

Investment Funds Lawyer - Your Profile:

  • 2 to 4 years' experience in a law firm, with exposure to investment funds or corporate law.
  • Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I, II, or IV).
  • Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
  • Strong legal expertise, team spirit, and client-oriented mindset.
  • Keen to grow in a dynamic and international environment.
