We are currently supporting one of our long-standing clients in their search for a French- and English-speaking Investment Funds Lawyer with 5 to 7 years of experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to join a forward-thinking and people-oriented legal practice.

Responsibilities

Experienced Fund Lawyer - Your Role :

As a member of the Funds & Asset Management team, your role will include:

  • Advising on the structuring, formation, and ongoing operation of regulated and unregulated investment vehicles, including AIFs and UCITS.
  • Supporting clients on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters involving fund managers, AIFMs, and management companies.
  • Drafting and reviewing fund documentation, constitutional documents, prospectuses, agreements, and regulatory filings.
  • Liaising with regulatory authorities and service providers in Luxembourg and abroad.
  • Participating in high-profile fund structuring and cross-border transactions involving private equity, real estate, and infrastructure assets.

Profile

Experienced Fund Lawyer - Your Profile:

  • 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in Luxembourg in investment funds, ideally gained in a law firm or top-tier financial institution.
  • Admitted to the Bar in Luxembourg or eligible (Liste I or Liste IV).
  • Solid understanding of Luxembourg fund regulations and cross-border structuring.
  • Fluent in French and English; any additional language is a plus.
  • Strong communication and drafting skills; a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.
  • Capable of working both independently and within a close-knit team.
