Responsibilities

Senior Fund Lawyer - Your Role :

  • Work side by side with a highly regarded Partner in fund formation: Gain deep technical insights and benefit from direct mentorship in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment.
  • Manage a variety of high-end AIF and PE/RE fund matters: You'll work on complex structures that sharpen your legal skills and add real value to your expertise.

Profile

Senior Fund Lawyer - Your Profile:

  • Qualified lawyer (List I, II, or IV) with more than 5 years' experience in investment funds.
  • Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
  • Confident, approachable, and eager to grow while maintaining a professional yet relaxed mindset.
  • Motivated by high-level work, but also by a pleasant team culture.
