Responsibilities

Experienced Fund Lawyer - Your Role :

Within the highly regarded Funds & Asset Management team, you will:

  • Advise on the structuring and management of a wide range of regulated and unregulated investment vehicles (UCITS, AIFs, RAIFs, SIFs, etc.)
  • Support international clients (fund managers, AIFMs, management companies) with complex regulatory and operational challenges
  • Draft and negotiate fund documentation, prospectuses, LPAs, shareholder agreements, and more
  • Be involved in cross-border transactions and high-value fund structuring across private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and other asset classes
  • Engage directly with Luxembourg's CSSF and international stakeholders

Profile

Experienced Fund Lawyer - Your Profile:

  • 5-7 years of experience in investment funds law in Luxembourg, ideally within a law firm or financial institution
  • Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (Liste I or Liste IV)
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); another language is a plus
  • A deep understanding of Luxembourg's fund regulation and market practices
  • Excellent drafting skills, business-oriented mindset, and a strong sense of initiative
  • You value teamwork but also enjoy taking ownership of complex files
