Responsibilities
Corporate & CRM Officer - Your Role :
Manage a client portfolio (SOPARFI, holding, SARL, AIFs): You oversee daily corporate and legal matters.
- Gain deep exposure to a wide range of entities.
- Build trusted client relationships and strengthen your corporate expertise.
Draft and review standard documents (board minutes, approvals, etc.):
- You develop precision and attention to detail.
- Every task contributes to the company's legal compliance.
Act as point of contact for clients: Answer basic accounting questions and coordinate with internal teams.
- Improve client communication skills in a multilingual setting.
- Become a valued advisor to your clients.
Profile
Corporate & CRM Officer - Your Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience as Corporate Officer or CRM in a fiduciary in Luxembourg.
- Basic accounting understanding (reading balance sheets).
- Fluent in English and French; other languages (e.g. German, Italian) are a plus.
- Reliable, client-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
