Responsibilities

Corporate & CRM Officer - Your Role :

Manage a client portfolio (SOPARFI, holding, SARL, AIFs): You oversee daily corporate and legal matters.

  • Gain deep exposure to a wide range of entities.
  • Build trusted client relationships and strengthen your corporate expertise.

Draft and review standard documents (board minutes, approvals, etc.):

  • You develop precision and attention to detail.
  • Every task contributes to the company's legal compliance.

Act as point of contact for clients: Answer basic accounting questions and coordinate with internal teams.

  • Improve client communication skills in a multilingual setting.
  • Become a valued advisor to your clients.

Profile

Corporate & CRM Officer - Your Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience as Corporate Officer or CRM in a fiduciary in Luxembourg.
  • Basic accounting understanding (reading balance sheets).
  • Fluent in English and French; other languages (e.g. German, Italian) are a plus.
  • Reliable, client-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
