Responsibilities

Corporate Legal Officer - Your Role :

As part of a tight-knit legal team, you will take ownership of a variety of responsibilities related to the legal administration of Luxembourg-based entities (funds, SPVs, holdings). This is a hands-on, wide-ranging position that will allow you to expand your skills across corporate law, compliance, and legal project coordination.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and coordinating board and shareholder meetings
  • Drafting minutes, legal documentation, and notarial deeds
  • Managing incorporations, restructurings, and liquidations
  • Ensuring compliance with Luxembourg corporate and regulatory requirements
  • Liaising with internal departments (legal, tax, compliance) and external advisors
  • Supporting AML/KYC procedures and regulatory filings
  • Contributing to process improvements and legal team efficiency

Profile

Corporate Legal Officer - Your Profile:

  • 4-5 years' experience in a legal or paralegal role in Luxembourg (funds or PSF environment is a strong plus)
  • Solid understanding of Luxembourg company law and governance processes
  • Law degree; CCDL or equivalent is a bonus
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • Reliable, humble, and hands-on attitude
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently

Job Offer
