Are you fluent in German and looking to join a well-established fiduciary with a strong team spirit and long-term vision? This boutique fiduciary, with about 20 professionals in Luxembourg, offers a collaborative, multicultural workplace where each team member is valued.

They specialize in SOPARFI, securitization vehicles, and AIFs, offering tailored solutions in corporate governance, fund administration, and compliance. With a focus on quality over quantity, they've built a loyal client base and a team that stays.

Responsibilities

German CoSec - Your Role :

As a Corporate Officer, you will manage your own portfolio of SOPARFI, non-regulated funds, and securitization vehicles, taking full ownership of day-to-day corporate matters:

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents: incorporations, board and shareholder resolutions, liquidations, and annual filings
  • Handling KYC/AML procedures and corporate housekeeping
  • Acting as a key point of contact for your clients, auditors, law firms, and notaries - in both German and English
  • Supporting audit preparation and ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance

You'll play a central role in maintaining the firm's strong reputation and quality standards, while developing your expertise in Luxembourg corporate law.

Profile

German CoSec - Your Profile:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a fiduciary, law firm, management company, or corporate services provider in Luxembourg
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) - essential for client interaction
  • Degree in Law, Economics, or Finance (Bachelor's or higher)
  • Reliable, structured, proactive, and client-oriented
  • Experience with securitization vehicles is a strong asset

Job Offer

German CoSec - What We Offer :

  • Salary: €55,000 - €65,000/year + discretionary bonus (~1 month's salary)
  • Flexibility: Start between 8:00-9:30, with the option of a longer lunch break and end of day between 17:00-18:30
  • Remote work: Up to 2 days/week after the trial period
