This international fiduciary, with around 20 employees in Luxembourg, offers high-quality services in fund administration, corporate services, and compliance. Specializing in securitization, AIF domiciliation, and SOPARFI, they pride themselves on accuracy, long-term staff loyalty, and a human-sized, multicultural work environment. You'll work in modern offices, in close-knit teams, where your contributions matter and flexibility is earned through trust.

Responsibilities

German Corporate Officer - Your Role :

  • Manage your own portfolio of securitization vehicles, SOPARFI and non-regulated funds. You will handle incorporations, liquidations, legal documents, and KYC - giving you ownership and deep exposure to key corporate processes.
  • Act as the legal point of contact for clients, notaries, auditors, and law firms. This allows you to build strong client relationships while growing your expertise in Luxembourg corporate law and compliance.
  • Participate in audits and legal filings, playing a central role in keeping entities compliant. Your work directly supports the firm's trusted reputation and quality-first culture.

Profile

German Corporate Officer - Your Profile:

  • 2-3 years of stable experience in a fiduciary, management company, or legal/corporate services firm.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential (written & spoken).
  • Background in law, finance, or economics (Bachelor's+).
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, client-minded - with a proactive attitude and team spirit.
  • Experience in securitization is a strong asset.

Job Offer

German Corporate Officer - What We Offer :

  • Salary: €55-65K + discretionary bonus (~1 month's salary).
  • Flexibility: Flexible working hours, arrival between 8:00 and 9:30 and departure between 17:00 and 18:30, with the possibility of a 2-hour lunch break. Avoid traffic and enjoy a better work-life balance.
  • Remote work: Up to 2 days/week (after trial).
