Introduction

Our client, a well-established and growing fiduciary in Capellen, is looking for a Senior Legal Officer to join its expanding team. Specializing in company formations and fund structuring, this firm offers a collaborative, small-team environment with a focus on meritocracy and professional development.

Responsibilities

Senior Legal Officer - Your Role :

  • Handle the incorporation of SA, SARL, and SLP structures, ensuring a smooth setup process.
  • Assist in the formation of investment funds, including coordinating legal and administrative steps.
  • Manage the creation of special limited partnerships (SLP), including initial SARL setup, client communication, and document preparation.
  • Perform basic compliance tasks, including client acceptance and onboarding documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless handover to the management team.

Profile

Senior Legal Officer - Your Profile:

  • At least 4 years of experience in corporate services, with a strong focus on company incorporation.
  • Prior experience in SLP incorporations is a significant advantage.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Adaptable and eager to work in a small, hands-on team.
  • Highly organized, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
