Responsibilities
Part-Time AML/KYC Officer : The Function
- You will carry out AML/KYC verifications by analyzing documentation and data, contributing to risk assessments, and supporting the screening and ongoing monitoring of business relationships.
- You will manage external AML/KYC requests, ensure the delivery of required documentation, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- You will help oversee beneficial ownership and update relevant information in the RBE register to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
- You will aid in the implementation and enhancement of the Compliance framework (2nd Line of Defense) within the AIFM, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
- You will contribute to the maintenance and review of compliance and AML policies, ensuring they are consistently updated to reflect the latest regulatory changes.
- You will monitor regulatory developments, assist in their integration into processes, compile pertinent information, and facilitate effective communication within the team.
Profile
Part-Time AML/KYC Officer : Your Profile
- You are fluent in German and English
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in business administration or in a similar field
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in Luxembourg
- You are familiar with the basic principles of KYC processes and have practical experience in AML/KYC risk assessments, compliance, and due diligence procedures.
- You are proficient with common MS Office applications and Worldcheck
