Responsibilities

Compliance Manager - Your Role :

  • You will lead and oversee the subscription and investor onboarding process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across a diverse portfolio of AIFs and other fund structures.
    • You manage a small team of 3-4 professionals, acting as both a hands-on expert and team lead.
    • You'll help structure and streamline workflows, improving turnaround times and service quality.
    • Your leadership will directly elevate the firm's reputation and client satisfaction, giving you visibility and real influence.
  • You'll handle periodic reviews and 2nd line monitoring, while staying closely involved in operational matters (1st line), ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
  • Acting as a key contact for internal stakeholders and compliance leaders across the group, you'll coordinate cross-border processes and take ownership of local compliance matters.
  • You will play a critical role in upskilling the team, reviewing current practices, and ensuring the team meets regulatory standards and client expectations.

Profile

Compliance Manager - Your Profile:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in compliance, AML/KYC or investor onboarding, ideally in a fiduciary, AIFM, or fund services provider.
  • You are fluent in both French and English, and confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You combine technical know-how with operational agility, and are comfortable taking ownership in a changing, hands-on environment.
  • You're a team-oriented leader with a coaching mindset and strong organisational skills.
  • You thrive when given trust, autonomy, and the opportunity to bring structure where it's needed most.
