Introduction

A privately held and fast-growing Private Equity firm based in Luxembourg is looking to strengthen its legal and compliance team with a new Compliance & Corporate Officer. This is a unique opportunity to join a nimble, ambitious structure where your input will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day management of investment vehicles. Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

  • Manage AML/KYC processes throughout the investor lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory obligations for a portfolio of investment funds.
  • Handle corporate governance matters: prepare board meetings and general assemblies, draft resolutions, update statutory documents, and liaise with the Luxembourg Trade Register.
  • Collaborate directly with the operational management team on regulatory and corporate administration issues related to the funds.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of internal compliance and governance processes.
  • Coordinate with both internal teams (legal, finance, operations) and external stakeholders (auditors, legal advisors, CSSF).

Profile

Your profile

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a compliance or corporate officer role, ideally within a fiduciary, investment firm, or PE/RE structure.
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg AML/KYC regulations and experience managing compliance frameworks.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • You are autonomous, resourceful, and able to deliver efficiently - while knowing when to ask the right questions to keep things moving.
  • You enjoy working in an environment where your input is visible and valued.
