Responsibilities

Subscription officer - Your Role :

  • Manage your own portfolio of investor onboarding files (AIFs, some securitisation vehicles), from document review to follow-up and compliance checks.
  • Act as a bridge between internal teams, compliance, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and timely onboarding.
  • Contribute to ongoing reviews and internal improvements, working in tandem with the compliance manager and corporate team..

Profile

Subscription officer - Your Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in AML/KYC, or onboarding, ideally within an AIFM or fund services environment
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and genuinely team-driven
  • Comfortable juggling both operational and oversight responsibilities
