Senior HR Officer | Bank | Broad HR Scope
HR / Support / Admin — Grand Duché du LuxembourgIntroduction
Are you looking for an HR position where you can broaden your expertise, work closely with senior stakeholders and develop faster than in a highly segmented HR department?
Our client is an international bank located in Luxembourg City, offering the standards and exposure of an international financial institution while maintaining the proximity and accessibility of a human-sized organization.
This opportunity is particularly attractive for an HR professional who wants to remain a true generalist. Instead of specializing in one narrow area, you will be exposed to recruitment, learning & development, payroll, HR reporting, employee support and HR projects, giving you the opportunity to continuously develop your expertise.
You will also work in direct contact with the Heads of the different departments, giving you strong exposure to the business and its decision-makers. This proximity will allow you to understand the organization beyond the HR function, learn directly from senior professionals and progressively take on broader responsibilities.
For someone looking to build a complete HR profile and accelerate their development, this environment offers considerably more exposure than a highly segmented HR organization.

- Collaborating directly with Heads of Departments and senior stakeholders to understand their HR needs and support the development of their teams
- Contributing to audits and regulatory requirements related to the HR function

The objective is not to confine you to one specific HR specialty, but to give you exposure to a complete HR scope and allow your responsibilities to evolve alongside your experience.
