Responsabilités
Senior Accountant - Responsibilities
- Oversee the accounting and financial reporting for securitization structures (e.g., SPVs), ensuring accurate reconciliations and compliance with LuxGAAP and international accounting standards.
- Manage the accounting of asset-backed securities, including interest calculations, principal payments, and transaction processing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, meeting all regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with auditors, providing support throughout the audit process and addressing any queries.
- Contribute to the implementation of new securitization structures, ensuring proper accounting treatment and reporting procedures.
Profil
Senior Accountant - Your Profile:
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken, as this is an essential requirement for the role.
- 3 to 10 years of experience in securitization accounting, ideally within a service provider or management company.
- Strong knowledge of LuxGAAP, with a solid grasp of IFRS.
- Proven ability to manage securitization transactions, including reconciliations, reporting, and financial statement preparation.
- Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both clients and internal teams.
