Introduction

Our client, a small-sized investment structure located near Kirchberg, focuses on a large publicly listed industrial group. Specializing in regulated funds, this family-owned company consists of fewer than 5 people is known for its dynamic, close-knit, and human work environment. They are seeking a versatile and skilled accountant to strengthen their team and become a key player in managing their financial and accounting activities.

Responsabilités

Accountant - Key Responsibilities:

  • Recording and processing invoices, managing payments, daily operations, preparing financial statements, and balance sheets.
  • Handling dividend payments, financial reporting, and cash management.
  • Recording bonds, derivatives, and foreign exchange transactions on bond funds.
  • Utilizing Bloomberg to track and manage investments.
  • Liaising with auditors and custodians to ensure operational compliance.
  • You will work closely with the CEO, overseeing all financial and legal activities of the regulated structure under CSSF supervision.

Profil

Accountant - Your Profile:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on listed bond and/or derivative funds into general accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in financial and accounting tools, knowledge of regulated standards, and experience with Bloomberg.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required. Knowledge of Italian is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Flexibility, openness to learning, professionalism, and a desire to develop skills in AML/KYC.
  • You will receive direct training from the CEO, who is eager to build a strong internal team for the company's operations.
