Responsabilités
Corporate Officer - Your Role :
As a Corporate Officer, you will play a key role in managing corporate and legal matters for a portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling the day-to-day corporate administration of client entities, from incorporation to liquidation.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Managing KYC procedures and liaising with clients on corporate matters.
- Drafting contracts, board meeting minutes, and legal documents based on templates.
- Reviewing and approving payment instructions prepared by assistants.
- Providing guidance on financial documents, including basic balance sheet analysis.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
Profil
Corporate Officer - Your Profile:
- 3 to 10 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate, legal, or fiduciary environment.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken & written).
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and Luxembourg regulations.
- Comfortable handling client interactions and providing professional advice.
- Autonomous and versatile, with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Looking for stability and a long-term opportunity within a human-sized, supportive team.
