Personal Assistant - Your Role :
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's partners and lawyers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administrative management: Organizing schedules, planning meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Internal and external coordination: Acting as a key point of contact for international clients, lawyers, and partners
- Document preparation: Drafting, proofreading, and formatting reports and presentations
- Priority management: Tracking deadlines and handling confidential files
- Operational support: Assisting in event organization and internal project management
Profil
Personal Assistant - Your Profile:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally in an international environment
- Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written); French and/or Spanish are a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in office tools and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
