Responsabilités
Mid-level Corporate Officer - Your Role :
The successful candidate will manage a diversified portfolio, including SOPARFIs, holdings, and some investment funds. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full lifecycle of entities: incorporation, administrative follow-up, and liquidation.
- Handling a wide range of administrative, legal, and compliance tasks (AML/KYC).
- Supporting clients with document collection and administrative preparation.
- Actively collaborating with the team to achieve common goals.
Profil
Mid-level Corporate Officer - Your Profile:
Languages: Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Italian is a strong asset.
Education: Master's degree (ACCA certification is a plus).
Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role.
Personality traits:
- Flexible and reactive, capable of multitasking.
- Proactive and autonomous, while being a strong team player.
- Comfortable on the phone, solution-oriented, and able to adapt to various client needs.
- Demonstrates professional stability and a commitment to achieving results.

Mid-level Corporate Officer - What We Offer :
- Attractive salary: Up to €60,000 gross per year (13 months).
- Benefits: Meal vouchers (€10.80), regular team lunches, and extensive internal training.
- Flexible working hours: Start between 8:00 and 9:00, a one-hour lunch break, and leave from 17:00 onwards. Part-time options can be discussed.
