Responsabilités
Company Secretary : The Function
- Creating new financial entities (vehicles for portage, co-investment and debt funds).
- Manage administrative and regulatory procedures, including ensuring that all declarations and submissions to the authorities comply with the law.
- Provide administrative support for investment transactions.
- Drafting legal documents related to investments (documents for debt positions, corporate approvals, etc.), and ensuring the proper legal management of entities.
- Working closely with third-party partners such as lawyers, auditors, notaries, etc.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving the efficiency of internal processes through the digitalisation and automation of administrative tasks.
Profil
Company Secretary : Your profil
- You hold a Bachelor degree in law or a diploma in a similar field
- You have a previous experience of 3 years in a similar postion in Luxembourg with a strong knowledge of funds (PE/RE funds)
- You are fluent in both English and French
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) is required for this position
