Responsibilities
Knowledge Funds Lawyer - Your Role :
- Guide clients through the intricacies of UCITS and liquid fund regulations, ensuring smooth sailing with Luxembourg and EU laws.
- Keep an eagle eye on MIFID, EMIR, SFDR, and other regulatory trends, helping the firm and its clients stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with legal experts, fund specialists, and regulatory minds to refine fund documentation, policies, and governance.
- Contribute to legal briefings, industry insights, and knowledge-sharing initiatives-because a well-informed team is a winning team.
- Engage in strategic legal work, stepping away from purely transactional tasks to focus on big-picture fund structuring and compliance.
Profile
Knowledge Funds Lawyer - Your Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience as a lawyer in investment funds (UCITS-focused).
- A sharp legal mind with a passion for fund regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Fluency in English (French is a plus, especially for watercooler chats).
- A proactive, analytical mindset-you love connecting the dots between regulations, market trends, and client needs.
- Looking for a role with more strategic impact, less endless file-handling, and a strong team dynamic.
Job Offer
