Responsibilities
Funds Lawyer & Regulatory - Your Role :
As part of a growing team, you will:
- Advise an international clientele on complex asset management and fund structuring matters
- Navigate the regulatory landscape for UCITS and alternative investment funds
- Work alongside top-tier legal minds on diverse and high-impact cases
Profile
Funds Lawyer & Regulatory - Your Profile:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in investment funds within a law firm as a Lawyer List I, II or IV
- Member of a European Bar Association, including Luxembourg
- Fluent in English and French, with strong communication and drafting skills
