We are partnering with a prestigious, top-tier global law firm to recruit an Associate for its market-leading Investment Funds team in Luxembourg. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, cross-border practice that is consistently involved in headline-making private equity and investment fund mandates

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

You'll be at the forefront of strategic fund structuring, investment management and private equity transactions, advising some of the most influential players in the European and global markets. Expect a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges-and the reward of seeing your work make a real impact for clients.

Your work will include:

  • Advising clients on the structuring and management of regulated and unregulated investment funds
  • Drafting core fund and corporate documents (agreements, constitutive documents, side letters, etc.)
  • Advising on complex cross-border regulatory and compliance matters (UCITS, AIFM, AML, etc.)
  • Participating in corporate and transactional matters in close collaboration with the firm's top-tier global network
  • Building long-term client relationships and developing your profile as a trusted advisor

Profile

Who we're looking for

  • 1+ year of experience in investment funds, private equity, corporate or regulatory law (Luxembourg or internationally)
  • Strong academic background, excellent drafting skills and commercial mindset
  • Fluent in English and French (any additional languages are a plus)
  • A strong communicator, collaborative team player and driven to grow professionally
  • Previous international exposure or cross-border experience is highly valued
