Introduction

This role offers the opportunity to join a growing Luxembourg legal practice with a strong European footprint, advising international investors and corporate clients on high-stakes real estate matters.

Responsibilities

Your Role

  • Advise local and international clients on the full legal life cycle of real estate transactions: acquisitions, structuring, financing, leases, asset deals, and more.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and counterparties, ensuring smooth execution from negotiation to closing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal opinions, and regulatory filings in English and French.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research in real estate, civil law, and commercial law, and liaise regularly with colleagues across departments and jurisdictions.
  • Take part in business development efforts, contribute to legal publications, and build long-term client relationships.

Profile

Your Profile

  • 6+ years of experience in real estate law in Luxembourg, ideally within an international or independent business law firm.
  • Fully qualified lawyer with a Master's degree in law; admission to the Luxembourg or another EU bar required.
  • You are fluent in English and French (both written and spoken); German is an asset.
  • You are structured, communicative, and proactive, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
  • Able to manage your files autonomously while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
