You'll join a dedicated, German-speaking team focused on providing top-quality services to a diverse client base. Led by our Managing Director, the team includes experienced accountants, corporate officers, and administrative support. They maintain a transparent and structured German working environment, emphasizing precision and accountability. Their clients include a mix of private individuals, SOPARFIs, operational companies, commercial and industrial entities, and asset management firms (venture capital, private equity-related companies).
Responsibilities
Senior Accountant - Your responsibilities:
- Manage accounting for SOPARFIs and commercial entities, especially within Private Equity Real Estate (PERE).
- Prepare and review financial statements and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with our tax and corporate departments to provide holistic client services.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and reliability in all technical aspects of the role.
Profile
Senior Accountant - Your Profile:
- Fluent in German (mandatory) and English fluency, French is a great asset
- At least a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
- Around 3 years of experience in accounting in a provider, fiduciary or similar
- Solid technical knowledge in SOPARFI and PERE (Private Equity Real Estate), with a focus on commercial entities (training provided for specific cases)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex accounting tasks

- Competitive salary: Between €70,000 - €75,000 gross (x12) + discretionary bonus
