Responsibilities

Accounting Manager - Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing the accounting activities for a portfolio of SOPARFI and holding entities (e.g., HoldCo's, PropCo's).
  • Leading and supervising a small team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements in compliance with LuxGAAP and IFRS.
  • Handling tax-related matters, including VAT submissions.
  • Overseeing client accounts, including the preparation of annual reports.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and support.
  • Providing clients with expert guidance on accounting, tax issues, and other relevant topics.

Profile

Accounting Manager - Your Profile:

  • A solid educational background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a fiduciary or comparable service provider in Luxembourg.
  • Fluency in German, complemented by strong proficiency in French.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing a portfolio of commercial entities.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, emphasizing a client-oriented and proactive mindset.
