As part of their growth, we are looking for a Senior Liquidation Officer to join this multicultural and dynamic team. In this role, you will bring your expertise in liquidation and the administrative management of entity dissolution processes. You will actively contribute to the supervision of cases, ensuring their smooth progression and maintaining effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

Senior Liquidation Officer - Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of the Liquidation Process: You will oversee the entire liquidation process, ensuring rigorous coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including the CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier), auditors, central administration, and portfolio managers.
  • Management of a Liquidation Mandate Portfolio: You will be responsible for the efficient management of your portfolio of liquidation mandates, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparation and Submission of Tax Declarations: You will prepare and submit tax declarations, including corporate tax, while ensuring their compliance with current tax regulations.
  • Collaboration with Various Stakeholders: You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective liquidation operations.

Profile

Senior Liquidation Officer - Your Profile:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Languages: Proficiency in French and English is required; knowledge of German and Luxembourgish is a plus.
  • Education: University degree in accounting or taxation.
  • Skills: Proactive, organized, and autonomous, with the ability to efficiently manage tasks and responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; familiarity with the BOB50 software is a significant advantage.

Job Offer
