Responsibilities
Senior Legal Counsel - Your responsibilities:
- Manage board meeting minutes, ensure compliance with regulations, and oversee notarial deeds and SPV management.
- Provide legal expertise on PE/RE funds, including structuring, transactions, and investment monitoring.
- Lead capital increase processes, negotiate contracts, and handle company formation, especially in distressed debt situations.
Profile
Senior Legal Counsel - Your profile:
- You have at least one master's degree in law.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in law firms or in-house legal roles, with a strong understanding of SPVs and fund structuring.
- Business-oriented, skilled in contract negotiation, and able to manage complex legal matters.
- Fluent in English and French, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Your tasks will be varied and non-routine, with the opportunity to work with interesting clients.
