Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Impact

  • You act as a key legal advisor to the Executive Committee (CODIR) and operational teams on high-stakes commercial transactions and corporate projects. Steering these strategic decisions positions you as a trusted business partner directly influencing company growth.
  • You lead the drafting, negotiation, and structuring of complex international commercial contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreements. Hands-on contract ownership broadens your cross-border transactions exposure while establishing your reputation as a top-tier corporate practitioner.
  • You structure, formalize, and deploy modern legal frameworks and internal compliance processes covering GDPR, KYC, and AML. Designing these modern tools leaves a lasting mark on department operations while honing your organizational leadership skills.
  • You manage pre-litigation files and define litigation strategies in direct coordination with external law firms. Handling critical disputes end-to-end sharpens your dispute-resolution expertise and risk mitigation capabilities.

Profile

Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree in Business Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Solid professional experience (around 3 to 5 years or more) in a similar legal role within an in-house corporate environment, law firm, or fast-growing business.
  • Proven background in drafting, negotiating commercial contracts, and delivering strategic legal advice to business stakeholders.
  • Strong corporate law mindset combined with practical exposure to contract drafting, negotiation, and corporate governance.
  • Strong language skills in French and English to effectively handle international commercial matters and stakeholder exposure.
  • High autonomy, commercial mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent learning agility with clear perspective and ambition for continuous personal and professional development; notary exposure is a plus.
