Responsibilities
Corporate Officer - Your Role :
As a Corporate Officer, you will be responsible for managing Soparfi and holding company portfolios, ensuring legal compliance and overseeing the management of these structures. Your tasks will include organizing board meetings, drafting minutes, and assisting with company formation and account openings. You will interact directly with demanding clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will join a dynamic team where continuous training and personal development are encouraged. Working in a small team will allow you to take on a key role and build strong relationships with your colleagues.
Profile
Corporate Officer - Your Profile:
We are looking for a Corporate Officer with a law degree (at least a bachelor's), and at least 2 years of experience in managing similar portfolios (Soparfi, holdings, PSF structures).
You are fluent in French and English, and knowledge of Italian would be a plus.
You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to integrate well into a small team where collaboration and communication are essential.
You are passionate about the sector and eager to grow within a company that places a strong emphasis on quality service and human connection.
Job Offer
Corporate Officer - What We Offer :
- Attractive salary up to €70,000 gross per year (depending of your experience and profile), plus a bonus equivalent to one month's salary.
- Meal vouchers and regular training to keep your skills up to date.
- Flexible working hours: arrive by 9 AM and leave from 5 PM. Part-time options available.
- A friendly atmosphere with team lunches and end-of-year celebrations to strengthen team cohesion.
- Remote work is allowed only in exceptional cases. You will primarily be on-site, allowing for better interaction with your team and clients.
