Responsibilities
Junior Office Manager : The Function
- General administrative duties: handling correspondence, organizing documents, and maintaining internal records.
- Support for the corporate team: contributing to AML/KYC projects, assisting with client onboarding, and preparing client files.
- Coordination with various departments across the company in a bilingual French and English work environment.
Profile
Junior Office Manager : Your Profile
- You hold a business administration/law degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in Luxembourg
- You are fluent in French and English, and knowledge of Italian would be a plus.
- You are self-motivated and able to work as part of a small team
