Responsibilities
Relationship Officer - Your Role :
As a Relationship Officer, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of SOPARFI, holding, and operational companies. From incorporation to day-to-day legal follow-up, you will manage corporate administration tasks with autonomy and precision. You'll prepare and file legal documentation, coordinate board and general meetings, and serve as a point of contact for clients, banks, and notaries.
This role will allow you to deepen your understanding of Luxembourg corporate law while gaining direct exposure to client interactions. You will also work closely with internal teams-including tax, compliance, and accounting-to deliver comprehensive and seamless client service.
Profile
Relationship Officer - Your Profile:
To succeed in this role, you must have at least one stable and relevant experience of 1 or 2 years within a Luxembourg fiduciary. You are fluent in French and English, and comfortable handling corporate legal tasks with a good understanding of balance sheets and basic tax implications.
You enjoy structured processes but also value personal autonomy. You are curious, reliable, and eager to grow within a stable team where your efforts are noticed and rewarded.
Job Offer
