Responsibilities

AML/KYC Subscription officer - Your Role :

  • Take ownership of your portfolio of investor onboarding files (primarily AIFs, with some securitisation vehicles), from documentation review to compliance coordination
  • Serve as the key link between compliance, internal teams, and third parties to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process
  • Participate in ongoing reviews, internal process improvements, and compliance-related initiatives

Profile

AML/KYC Subscription officer - Your Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in AML/KYC or investor onboarding, ideally in AIFM or fund services
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Reliable, organised, and proactive-with a strong sense of accountability and team spirit
  • Motivated to take on both operational tasks and broader project initiatives
