Responsibilities

Subscription officer - Your Role :

  • Manage your own onboarding portfolio of investors (AIFs, some securitizations), handling both 1st and 2nd line
    → Enjoy full ownership and visibility over your files while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate periodic reviews and supervise a small team, working closely with Compliance and external stakeholders.
    → You'll combine operational execution with oversight-ideal for someone who likes to keep their hands on the business while mentoring others.
  • Improve internal procedures and help bridge local and outsourced teams.
    → A role where you can bring real change and structure to a team in transformation.

Profile

Subscription officer - Your Profile:

  • 5+ years' experience in TA, AML/KYC, or onboarding within a fund or service provider environment
  • Fluency in French and English (written & spoken)
  • Strong team spirit, sense of initiative, and ability to work autonomously
  • Hands-on, solutions-driven mindset with a desire to contribute beyond the basics
