Introduction

Our client is an independent fiduciary company based in Luxembourg, with around thirty employees. Due to increased activity following a recent merger, they are now creating a key position to strengthen their Compliance & Onboarding team.

Responsibilities

Compliance Manager - Your responsibilities:

  • As Compliance Manager - Client & Transaction Onboarding, you will be responsible for overseeing KYC/AML processes related to investor onboarding for clients active in Private Equity, Real Estate, AIFs, and unregulated structures.
  • As Compliance Manager, your tasks will include:
  • Conducting a full review of KYC/AML files as part of investor subscription;
  • Verifying eligibility, source of funds, and investment rights;
  • Monitoring periodic reviews (updates, risk requalification, follow-ups);
  • Leading a small team (3 to 4 people) and providing technical support on complex files;
  • Coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure optimal compliance;
  • Continuously improving internal procedures.

Profile

Compliance Manager - Your profile:

  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in AML/KYC, ideally in a fiduciary, PSF, ManCo, or AIF environment;
  • Solid understanding of AML/CFT regulations and investor-related obligations;
  • Autonomy, precision, ability to handle a high volume of files and lead a team;
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written;
  • Team spirit, proactive mindset, and a desire to contribute to a transforming structure.

Job Offer

Compliance Manager - What our client offers:

  • Gross annual salary around 90 000€, depending on profile;
  • Meal vouchers: 13,80€/day;
  • Discretionary bonus: between 1 and 2 months' salary;
  • 26 days of annual leave + the option to convert training days into time off;
  • Remote work possible after the trial period (flexible, no fixed days);
  • Flexible working hours: arrival between 8 am and 9 am, departure as early as 4:30 p.m., with a 1-hour flexible break;
  • Parking/sticker provided if needed.

  • In-person personality test & AML case study;
  • Final on-site meeting with a team member.
