Responsibilities

Senior Banking & Finance Lawyer - Your Role :

  • Advise and structure high-value financing transactions (secured/unsecured, acquisition, syndicated loans, etc.)
  • Represent a client base ranging from major financial institutions to global corporates
  • Draft, negotiate, and review all related documentation with a strong business mindset
  • Build client relationships and contribute to the firm's reputation and growth
  • Collaborate closely with other teams and take ownership of your matters from A to Z

Profile

Senior Banking & Finance Lawyer - Your Profile:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in banking & finance law in Luxembourg
  • CCDL and registered on List I or IV
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Proactive, solution-driven, and client-oriented
  • Motivated to grow in a firm where your contribution makes a difference

Job Offer
