Responsibilities
Role Content
- Manage and lead a team of three professionals, ensuring effective coordination, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Oversee AML/KYC operations for clients across Europe, making sure due diligence processes are handled efficiently and in line with EU standards.
- Ensure AML policies and procedures remain up to date, while contributing to the continuous improvement of compliance frameworks.
- Act as the escalation point for complex AML/KYC questions, collaborating with local and international teams.
- Deliver training sessions and raise awareness on AML topics to strengthen the compliance culture across the business.
Profile
Profile
- University degree in Law or Finance, combined with a strong background in AML and compliance.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in AML/KYC, ideally within investment funds or an international environment.
- Previous experience in people management, with the ability to motivate and guide a small team.
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC frameworks and solid understanding of European regulations.
- Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; additional European language(s) considered an asset.
