Responsibilities

AML/KYC Manager - Your Role :

  • Lead and inspire a small team of compliance professionals: You will oversee daily AML/KYC operations and act as a mentor, guiding your team toward excellence. This gives you the chance to shape the compliance culture and strengthen leadership skills, while benefiting from the trust and recognition that come with a managerial role.
  • Ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations: You will review, approve, and supervise client due diligence files, making sure all processes comply with local and European standards.   • Act as the go-to expert for lawyers and clients: You will provide guidance on AML/KYC queries, ensuring smooth collaboration between the compliance and legal teams. This allows you to position yourself as a trusted partner, building visibility and credibility across the firm.

Profile

AML/KYC Manager - Your Profile:

  • A university degree in Law, combined with relevant experience in Compliance/AML.
  • Prior experience (at least 3 years) in managing a team, with strong leadership and people development skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of AML/KYC frameworks in Luxembourg, ideally within an international environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of French, German, or Luxembourgish is considered an advantage.
  • A curious, adaptable mindset, eager to grow and explore career opportunities within a leading global organization.
