Our client, a prestigious international law firm with offices in key financial hubs, is seeking an experienced AML Manager to oversee and coordinate EU AML operations from its Luxembourg office.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the EU AML team, ensuring smooth and efficient cross-border operations.
  • Oversee, maintain, and enhance the firm's EU AML Manual and internal policies.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for sensitive and complex AML and regulatory queries.
  • Contribute directly to AML reviews and handle operational matters when necessary.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to strengthen internal compliance capabilities.
  • Anticipate and implement new regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with European standards.

Profile

Your profile

  • Fully qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
  • At least 3 years' AML experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of European AML frameworks and cross-border regulations.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
