Responsabilités

Senior Payroll - Your responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support and guidance to clients on payroll-related matters and social legislation.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely production of monthly payroll for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Manage and maintain employee records, including monitoring absences and sick leave.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations by supervising the social secretariat.
  • Verify the accuracy of payroll processing and calculations to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Train and mentor junior payroll team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development.

Profil

Senior Payroll - Your profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll management, ideally within a fiduciary or similar company in Luxembourg.
  • Degree in Human Resources or specific training in payroll management.
  • Proficiency in German and English is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labour law, social security, and contributions.
  • Ability to work independently, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
